Capturing, Measuring and Reporting Scientific Phenomenon in the Classroom using Video with Logger Pro - an Inspiring Science Education Support workshop

This half day workshop is aimed at Science Teachers in ISE-registered schools who are setting up or planning to set up classroom experiments and inquiry-based projects using video with Logger Pro software from Vernier. Logger Pro not only supports various types of sensors for real-time graphing and analysis but can also be used with video inputs which together can help make science classes more inspiring and motivating for students.

During this workshop you will learn how to make the most out of Logger Pro software and how to capture good quality video material with simple commonly available devices like smart phones and consumer-level cameras. You will also receive lots of ideas for experiments based on these tools as well as hands-on practice in both the software itself and simple video capture.
