The 8th annual ICERI 2015 will take place from 16 to 18 November at Barceló Renacimiento Hotel, Seville, Spain. The aim of this event, which is one of the largest international education conference, is not only to give participants from all over the world the possibility to present projects and discuss experiences in the field of teaching and learning methodologies but also to understand how the new technologies can be applied to Education and Research.
Confirmed keynote speakers are:
- Dave Cormier, University of Prince Edward Island (Canada), educational activist, researcher, online community advocate and Project Lead for Student Relations Management at the University of Prince Edward Island. He has published on open education, Rhizomatic Learning, MOOCs (Massive/Open Online Courses), and the impact of technology on the future of high education.
- Miguel Brechner, Centro Ceibal (Uruguay), founder and President of Centro Ceibal, an instution based on a profound equal opportunities vision that emphasizes social inclusion as a means of changing learning, education and the technology infrastructure of the country.
